How to Place an Order Online
To place a direct online order with us, please follow the steps below.
Step 1. Creating account
- Go to our Store page.

For New customers:
- Scroll Down the Store Page and click "Register" or Create an Account.

For existing accounts:
- Please Log In with the email you will be placing your order.
Important Note
We highly do not recommend placing orders as a Guest. Checking out as a guest is limiting your access to order and tracking information.
Step 2. Adding products to the cart and check out.
Once all the products you would like to purchase in the cart, click "Check Out".
You will be given options of USPS and FedEx delivery.
Shipping Information

Please note: At this moment we do not work with any other carriers. If you would like to ship via any other carrier, you will have to arrange in store pick up and provide us with pre-paid label.

Shipping cost depends on the quantity of the products, their weight and dimensions of the package. We work closely with carriers to provide you with the best pricing possible.

Please note, we are not shipping international orders via USPS. USPS does not provide tracking updates once package leaves United States.

Due to our shipping policies, we do not declare less value for any of our products.

Orders over certain amounts will be insured by default. If you would like to get an additional insurance for your order, please add required information in the order notes.

You will receive a tracking number to the email you created your online account with once order is shipped.
Add any Notes regarding the order in the following field.
- You may add your PO number for your internal use. For any order assistance we will require you to provide us with a 3DR order. We will not be able to search for your order using Order notes.
Step 3. Payment processing
Once your shipping and billing information is complete, you will be asked to provide payment information:
- Payments processed via Credit Card or PayPal will be processed immediately.
- If you choose Wire Transfer as a payment method, you will receive an email with Bank Information. Order will not be processed until we receive the funds.
- Please let us know if you process order using a Wire Transfer information. This will help us to monitor the payment and assist with your order in a timely manner.
Tax Information
3DR, Inc fully operates in the State of California. Manufacturing and Shipping is done in/from sunny San Diego. Be prepared to pay California Sales Tax if shipping or billing is anywhere around the California State. At this moment we only collect Tax in the State of California, you do not have to submit your Tax Exempt form if shipping and billing to any other State .
TAX EXEMPT
**If you are tax exempt, please follow this guide PRIOR placing the order: Tax Exempt Orders
Warning
We can not refund tax once order is placed and paid.
- Make sure you follow Tax Exempt rules how to place the order before you place it.
The only way to refund the Tax after order is submitted it to cancel the order for a full refund if it was not shipped yet.
Why is that?
- We collect the tax and pass it to the State of California. We do not keep funds to ourselves.
